SummitHack 2026 brings together builders, designers, and thinkers from across Colorado for 24 hours of focused creation. Whether you're writing code, designing systems, or crafting policy — if it moves sustainability forward, it belongs here.

One intense day of building. Saturday morning to Sunday morning. Meals, coffee, and mentorship provided.

Projects tackle actual sustainability challenges — energy, waste, transportation, food systems, and beyond. No toy demos.

Before you descend.

Nope! We need designers, business thinkers, policy writers, and domain experts just as much as developers. Teams are strongest when they're multidisciplinary.
Yes! SummitHack is open to college students across Colorado and beyond. Undergrad and grad students are all welcome.
You can register solo or with a team. We'll have team formation activities at the start of the event so you can find collaborators.
Anything that pushes sustainability forward. Apps, hardware prototypes, data visualizations, policy proposals, AI tools — if you can demo it, you can build it.
Yes — meals, snacks, and plenty of coffee throughout the 24 hours. We'll accommodate dietary restrictions.
